Arbitration in Tax Law - I AIBAT IDEFF Conference - No. 2 in the IDEFF Colloquia Collection

On 8 and 9 March 2010, AIBAT-the Iberoamerican Association of Tax Arbitration, along with IDEFF - the Institute for Economic, Financial and Tax Law, organized the First Conference on Arbitration in Tax Law, which was held in the Auditorium of the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon.

The compilation of the proceedings of this initiative has led to the Second Publication in the IDEFF Colloquia Collection, and features the involvement of professionals in various tax-related activities (lawyers, accountants, auditors, etc.), contributing to the promotion of debate on the important subject of arbitration in tax affairs.
