Profa. Doutora Paula Rosado Pereira

She earned her Doctorate degree in tax law, a master’s degree in European Law and her graduate degree in law from the Faculty of Law, University of Lisbon in 2010, 2003 and 1990 respectively. She also holds a post-graduate qualification in Management and Tax Law from Instituto de Estudos Superiores Financeiros e Fiscais (1997). Since 2000, she has been a Professor at the Faculty of Law, University of Lisbon, where she lectures several tax and economic subjects in the law degree and master’s degree classes, as well as in the post-graduate studies. She is a guest lecturer in the Tax Law post-graduate degree at the Oporto University Law School since 2007. She is also a member of the EATLP – European Association of Tax Law Professors. She is a lawyer specializing in tax law, since 2004 and is included in the tax arbitrators list of CAAD (Center of Administrative Arbitration). She is the author of several articles and books on tax issues, namely: Corporate Taxation in the European Union: Tax Obstacles in the Internal Market and Community Action Strategies (2004); International Tax Law Principles – From the Classical Model to European Tax Law (2010); Princípios do Direito Fiscal Internacional – Do paradigma clássico ao direito fiscal europeu, Coimbra, 2010, pp. 598. Her area of expertise is in tax law and international tax law. She joined the research group on research group on Tax Governance: International Standards, Patriotisms and Exiles. and on Crisis, Public Policies, Taxation Policies and the Euro.
