António Cipriano da Silva

António Cipriano da Silva has a Degree in Management and Degree in Law from the Autonomous University of Lisbon. Master in Legal and Forensic Sciences from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon.

He is a doctoral candidate in Tax Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon.

He is Chartered Accountant from 2001-2009.

António is a lawyer in individual practice since 2013, focusing on the tax area, and Tax Arbitration at CAAD since 2014.

He is visiting Assistant Professor at the Polytechnic of Leiria since 2017, as a professor at ESTM (Superior School of Tourism and Sea Technologies) and at ESS (Superior School of Health).

António is a trainer in the areas of Tax Law, Labor Law, Tourism Law, and Administrative Law.

He is interested in studying and researching in particular Tax Law, European Tax Law, Environmental Tax Law, and European Union Law.
