António Cipriano da Silva

Holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa. Holder of a Master’s degree in Forensic Legal Sciences from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon.

PhD in Tax Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon, with the thesis “Environmental Taxation: Concept and Objectives in the Light of Portuguese Constitutional Law and European Union Law”.

Practising lawyer in sole practice since 2013, with a focus on tax law, and Tax Arbitrator at CAAD since 2018.

Invited Assistant Professor at the Polytechnic of Leiria since 2017, teaching at ESTM (School of Tourism and Maritime Technology).

Trainer in the areas of Tax Law, Labour Law, Tourism Law, and Administrative Law.

Has a particular interest in study and research, especially in Tax Law, European Tax Law, Environmental Tax Law, and European Union Law.
