In a context of increasing fragmentation of the international order, the concept of “Selective Multilateralism” emerges as a critical challenge to global governance.
We seek contributions that analyse, from a legal and economic perspective, the transition from universal multilateralism to strategic alliances and regional blocs, and its impact on international taxation, competition, and development.
Key Topics:
- Tax Governance and selective cooperation networks;
- Fragmentation of International Trade and Competition Law;
- Impact of selective multilateralism on the Economic and Monetary Union;
- Challenges of economic regulation in a multipolar world.
