Conference "Court of Auditors: prior approval and other forms of public financial control"

The Research Centre for European, Economic, Financial and Tax Law is organising the conference “Court of Auditors: prior approval and other forms of public financial control” on 12 March 2026.

This initiative aims to discuss the revision of the Law on the Organisation and Procedure of the Court of Auditors, exploring key issues such as the role of prior approval and financial oversight in administrative activity and public policy in Portugal.

The conference will take place from 10:00 to 17:00 in the Auditorium of the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon.
