“Procedure and administrative and tax proceedings”

The Institute for Economic, Financial and Tax Law, the Order of Chartered Accountants, the Administrative Court for the Lisbon Circuit and the Lisbon Tax Court are next 3 July, in the auditorium of the Faculty of Law in Lisbon, promoting a conference on the subject “Procedure and administrative and tax proceedings - New challenges and guarantees for citizens”.

The new Code of Administrative Procedure (CPA) and the Code of Procedure of the Administrative Courts (CPTA), particularly the challenges and difficulties that arise, will be the target of intensive analysis and debate by the lawyers, tax specialists, judges and university professors.
