Behavioural Insights for Policy (BiP) Network - Portugal 2026

The international conference Behavioural Insights for Policy (BiP) Network — First Insights will bring together national and international experts on 8 and 9 October 2026, at the University of Lisbon School of Law, to discuss the contribution of behavioural science to the design and evaluation of public policy. The initiative is organised by CIDEEFF, the Lisbon Public Law Research Centre and King's College London, under the scientific coordination of Prof. Dr Sanchayan Banerjee, Prof. Dr Rute Saraiva and Prof. Dr Raquel Franco.

Over the two days, the programme will include plenary lectures, academic presentations and panel discussions, in a format designed to foster interdisciplinary dialogue and to connect behavioural research with real-world legal and policy challenges.

Among the sessions already confirmed is a roundtable marking the launch of the book Nudge+: Think, Before You Nudge, by Sanchayan Banerjee, one of the conference's scientific organisers, and Peter John, Professor at King's College London. Further speakers, panels and specialist workshops will be announced shortly.

Registration can be completed via the following form: BiP Portugal 2026 – Complete the form.
