Luís Eduardo Schoueri

He obtained his doctors’ and free professor’s degree at the University of São Paulo, Brazil. He also has a master’s degree in law from the University of Munich, Germany. He holds the Chair of Tax Law at the Faculty of Law, University of São Paulo, Brazil. He has also been a visiting professor at the University of Florida, Levin College of Law, the University Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne and WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business). He is a is partner ay Lacaz Martins, Pereira Neto, Gurevich & Schoueri Advogados, Vice-President of the Brazilian Tax Law Institute and Vice-President of the Chamber of Commerce of São Paulo, Brazil.He has authored several articles, published in Brazil and abroad, along with various books on tax law, including Normas Tributárias Indutoras e Intervenção Econômica, Preços de Transferência no Direito Tributário Brasileiro, Ágio em Reorganizações Societárias. He joined the research group on Tax Governance: International Standards, Patriotisms and Exiles.
